Share your product data with us — including specifications, images, variations, warranties, and local content value.
2. Get Vetted and Accredited
Once your product meets SAFI’s listing standards, it is issued a unique SAFI Product ID and added to the live catalogue.
3. Sales Professionals Take It Forward
Accredited sales professionals (SAFI Associate Members) gain access to all your product details, pricing (if authorised), and can generate quotes, submit orders, and coordinate installations.
4. Orders Managed in One Place
Orders are processed using the integrated ordering platform. Each sale includes a 3.25% marketing fee, built into pricing to fund SAFI’s continued platform development and marketing efforts.

Sales professionals may only use your data once authorised by you.
Listings are protected against misuse, unauthorised replication, or misrepresentation.
Products sold using your listing must be manufactured by your facility to uphold warranty and quality control.

To list your products effectively, we require:

      • Product descriptions, specifications, applications, and dimensions
      • High-resolution images and optional lifestyle shots
      • Warranty terms (including component-level warranties if relevant)
      • Local Content Value declaration
      • Product variations and attributes (e.g. colour, finish, size options)
      • Business Profile including reseller engagement terms.

We process this information into a digital-ready dataset that can also be used for your website, SAFI platforms, and third-party reseller channels.
